Payment

Once you have paid the reservation fees, you don’t need to pay anything else apart from meals and extra services that you might require at the camp. If there are any questions prior to your arrival, please shoot us an email or give us a call.

At the moment, all payments will be made on your arrival at the camp. This is done in order to reduce cases of refunds in these unprecedented times. However, if you solely wish to make a down payment, please contact the administration for support.

There is a maximum number of people we can accommodate per suite or boma, so if you’re travelling with a large group of friends, family or company, please reach out to us via email or give us a call.

Reservation

At the moment, we have a no refund policy, that’s why all payments are made on your arrival at the camp. We do this in order to reduce the number of cancellation and refund cases in these unprecedented times. However if you solely wish to make a down payment for one reason or another, please reach out to administration for support.

At the moment we accept Tanzanian Shillings (Tsh), US Dollars (USD),  British Pound and Euro. However, if you wish to pay in another currency, please reach out to administration for support.

In order to ensure our customer’s safety and well being, we do not house more people than the maximum occupancy assigned for a suite. For clarification and support, please reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
